摘    要:研究了一种土壤有机物快速测定法一分光光度法,并与国家现行标准GB/T50123-1999中的重铬酸钾容量法(丘林法)进行了相关性实验和对比实验.两种方法的相关性曲线方程为Y=2.2642x+2.0247,且相关指数R^2=0.9533,表明分光光度法与重铬酸钾容量法(丘林法)具有很好的相关性.分析对比实验结果,可以看出分光光度法不仅有效地解决了重铬酸钾容量法(丘林法)在检测有机物含量较高及还原性物质较多的土壤时所遇到的问题,还在试验过程中表现出操作简单快捷、污染小等特点.在上述实验的基础上利用分光光度法对河岸附近不同深度的土壤共计20个土样进行了有机物含量的测定,测定结果表明土壤有机物含量自上而下依次递减。且具有明显的递变规律.

Abstract:This article studies a quick way of measuring organic matter in soil-spectrophotometry and mean while,it correlates and compares with the current potassium dichromate volumetric method (Qiulin Act) in GB/ T50123 - 1999. The correlation curve formular of the two methods is y = 2.264 2x + 2.024 7 and the correlation index is R^2 = 0.953 3, which show great correlation between spectrophotometry and potassium dichromate volu metric method ( Qiulin Act). Test results show spectrophotometry is not only an effective solution to problems en countered in the detection of soil with high organic content and more reducing matters through potassium dichro mate volumetric method (Qiulin Act), but also a quick and easy way to operate and reduce pollution in the trial process. Based on the experiment above, this study determines the content of organic matter of 20 different depth soil samples along the fiver bank with spectrophotometry, which shows the content of organic matter in different soil depth displays an apparent gradation rule-the deeper, the less.
