摘    要:在工程实际中,为研究通过掺加外加剂(稳泡剂、瞬凝剂、减水剂)来提高泡沫混凝土的强度、干密度从而扩大其使用范围,本文通过试验找出了稳泡剂的最佳掺量为水泥质量的0.015% ~0.02%,瞬凝剂的最佳掺量为水泥质量的2.0% ~ 3.0%,减水剂的最佳掺量为水泥质量的0.2%~0.25%.稳泡剂、瞬凝剂、减水剂都对泡沫混凝土的强度、干密度有很大影响,在掺加时应严格控制掺量.

Abstract:Foamed concrete is considered as a promising inorganic thermal insulation material. However,the compressive strength and dry density of foamed concrete affect its properties and usable range directly. Admixtures are added to improve its strength and dry density, and the admixture con- tent has great influence on its performance. This paper tries to find the optimum amount of admix- tures by experiment, thus improving its properties, providing a reference for practical engineering.
