摘    要:对工程检测中回弹法测强遇到的常见问题进行分析讨论,认为回弹法测强可作为判断结构是否需要处理的依据,不能评定混凝土强度等级,只能推定混凝土强度;砂浆面层偏厚时,回弹强度偏低,检测时应将浅层砂浆磨去;碳化对检测结果影响较大,检测时应注意假性碳化现象;泵送混凝土板检测应采用地方标准或采用其他方法。回弹测出的构件强度不够时应综合分析各种因素再做出判定。

Abstract:The common problems on strength of concrete by rebound method during engineering test were analyzed and discussed. It was considered that rebound method of measurement can be used as a strong judgment whether need to deal with. It can’t assess concrete strength grade,only can confirm the concrete strength. When the rebound strength is low with thick mortar,the test should be shallow mortar grinding. The detection results carbon is influenced more carbide,so detection should pay attention to the pseudo carbon phenomenon. Pumping concrete plate detection should adopt local standards or use other methods. When the measured strength of component is insufficient,the various factors should be comprehensively analyzed to make decision.
