高氏一号干粉培养基的性能测试

摘    要:将配制的高氏一号干粉培养基与新鲜的高氏一号培养基进行理化特性、灵敏度、保存性能测试和对放线菌接种后培养观察其生长情况。结果表明,高氏一号干粉培养基虽然灵敏度上有所不足,与新鲜高氏一号培养基相差5~10倍,但对于放线菌接种培养完全能满足实验用放线菌的培养分离。高氏一号干粉培养基对放线菌生物制品的生产及检验具有方便、稳定的特点,也具有推广应用的可行性。

Abstract:The physicochemical properties,sensitivity and stability of powder and fresh Gause I medium were detected, and the growth situation of actinomycete after cultured on these two medium was analyzed. Although the sensitivity of powder Gause I medium was not as good as fresh medium,with the gap at nine-fold,for actinomycetes inoculation cultivation it can completely satisfy the experiment with actinomycetes separation. The powder Gause I medium for producting and testing the actinomycetes biological products is convenient and stable, with the feasibility of the popularization and application.
