| Abstract: | A secure proxy signature scheme based on the Elliptic curves was proposed by Zhang Ning in 2005. Studying the scheme, we propose a new scure and high efficiency proxy signature scheme. The new scheme has all the good property of the old scheme, it also has the property of high efficiency. It will play an important role in reality. |
