| 摘 要： | 用Hongland and Arnon营养液培养蒜苗，研究温度、光照和PH对蒜苗锌吸收积累的影响。结果表明，在PH5.0-7.0范围内，锌含量先升后降，在PH6.5时吸收量最大；温度对蒜苗锌吸收影响较大，在一定温度范围内（10-22℃），随着温度的升高锌含量增加，光照对锌吸收积累的影响相对较小。
