共混体系力学性能与其界面结构的关系

摘    要:用小角X光散射(SAXS)对聚氯乙烯/线型低密度聚乙烯(PVC/LLDPE)共混体系的界面结构进行了研究,探讨了体系宏观性能与微观结构之间的关系。发现氢化聚丁二烯—b—甲基丙烯酸甲酯(HPBD—b—PMMA)共聚物是PVC/LLDPE共混体系有效的增容剂,其分子量在很大的范围内都提高了共混体系的力学性能,其增容本质是增加了相界面间的热力学相容性,而相间分子缠结对体系的宏观性能却影响不大。

Abstract:It has been studied that the surface structure of Poly (Vinyl Chlorid) (PVC)/Linear Low Density Poly ethylene (LLDPE) blends and the relationship between mechanical properties and microstructures. It is also found that hydrogenated poly(butadiene-b-methylmethacrylate) (HPBD-b-PMMA) is a good compatibilizer, which ehances significantly the mechanical properties for PVC/LLDPE blends. All results show that it is the thermodynamic factors that make the compatibility of blends improved.
