| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验，研究了Ｎ＋注入参数对４０Ｃｒ钢和ＧＣｒ１５钢表面显微硬度的影响。结果表明离子注入使４０Ｃｒ钢和ＧＣｒ１５钢表面硬度得到了提高，且存在一个最佳注入剂量为４×１０１７ｉｏｎｓ／ｃｍ２。
