剑杆织机平带凸轮设计计算法

摘    要:作者申请的专利提出了用平带凸轮来传送剑杆(或剑带)往复运动,比积极式刚性共轭凸轮的制造要求较低,无磨损问题,且运转平稳无噪音,机械结构十分简单,适宜于改造有梭织机为简易式剑杆织机,便于推广。可是这种凸轮的设计计算方法,未见国内外文献有详细报导。本文通过理论推导,初步介绍了应如何根据给定的运动规律要求来进行这种平带凸轮设计计算的具体方法,包括作图法和解析法。这不仅适用于织机剑杆或剑带的传动,也可适用于其它机械往复运动的传动上,有一定的普遍意义,可以推广其应用范围。

Abstract:The belt-driven conjugate cams used for rapier drive in looms by the author's patent,ascompared with rigid type conjugate cams,have less strict requirements on manufacturing pre-cision.They can run quietly,with no wear problems of usual cams and cam followers.How-ever,the design and calculation methods of this type have so far not been treated or reportedin any existing literatures.Both graphical and analytical methods treated in this paper can beapplied to rapier looms as well as other kind of machines or mechanisms for reciprocatingmotion drive.
