摘    要:本文采用沉淀—络合滴定法快速测定了陶瓷钛酸钡纳米粉中钡钛的含量,测定中采用过氧化钠作共熔剂加热熔解钛酸钡,试样水溶后加浓盐酸得到澄清度良好的样品溶液;采用EDTA返滴定法测定了钛酸钡试样中的钡和钛的含量,且过程中EDTA过量3倍;获得测定结果中钡的标准偏差为0.039%、钛的标准偏差为0.049%,方法简便快速、测定成本低,取得了满意的结果.

Abstract:The method of fast determining barium and Bitanium contents of BaTiO3 electronic ceramic nanopowders is introduced.The sample is liquited with Na2O2 at high temperature,then leached with acid aqueous solution containing concentrate hydrochloric acid.Determining barium and titanium contents is complexometric titration by adding EDTA solution.We should control the overdose 3 times of EDTA.The result shows that the method is simple,efficient,lower cost,and of high accuracy.The standard deviation measurement ranges are 0.039% and 0.049% .
