木薯渣预处理工艺和酶水解工艺研究

摘    要:以木薯渣为纤维素材料,利用稀酸预处理和绿色木霉产的纤维素酶对植物中的纤维素进行降解,同时,分析了木薯渣的主要组分。结果表明:木薯渣中纤维素含量为46.7%,木质素为16.9%,半纤维素为32.6%;当固液比为1:40,HCI浓度为3.5%,反应时间为3.5h时,进行预处理,可以收到较好的处理效果。当水解温度为55℃,pH=4.8,纤维素酶用量为120FPA/g,水解时间为28h时,还原糖的释放量为0.191mg/mL。

Research on the Technology of Pretreatment Process and Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Cassava Dregs

Abstract:Cassava dregs were used as material. Dilute acid and cellulose were applied to specific degradation of cellulose which came from the plant, and the chief composition of cassava dregs were analyzed at the same time. There were 46.7% of cellulose, 16.9% of lignin, and 32.6% of hemicellulose in cassava dreg. When the solid liquid ratio was 1 : 40, concentration of hydrochloric acid was 3.5%, reaction time was 3.5 h, the best result was achieved through pretreatment process. 0. 191 mg/mL reducing sugar was achieved, when the hydrolyze temperature was 55 ℃, pH was 4.8, the dosage.of cellulose was 120 FPA/g, hydrolysis time was 28 h in the enzymatic hydrolysis process.
