摘    要:采用原位复合法制备了聚苯胺包覆铁氧体的复合颗粒,并利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等分析手段观测了复合颗粒的形貌、结构和性能.采用矢量网络分析仪在0.5~20 GHz频段内测试了材料的吸波性能.实验结果表明,具有核/壳结构的导电聚苯胺复合材料具有较好的吸波性能.当掺入质量分数为15%的Li0.45Zn0.1Fe2.45O4时,复合颗粒吸波性能最好,其-8 dB带宽达5 GHz,最大损耗为26.1 dB,且面密度最小为0.28 g.cm-2.

Abstract:PANI/Ferrite composite particles were prepared by in-situ composite method.Transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) was used to observe and measure the morphology,microstructure and properties.The absorption properties were measured using a vector network analyzer in frequency rang of 0.5~20GHz.The experiment results showed that the composite materials with core/shell structure exhibits excellent microwave absorbing property.When 15wt% Li0.45Zn0.1Fe2.45O4 were incorporated into PANI,the composite particles' microwave absorbing properties were the best,the composite exhibited an absorption peak of 24.7dB and-8dB bandwidth of 5GHz,and the areal density was the least 0.28 g·cm-2.
