| 摘 要： | 现实中，人们的生活离不开合同，然而在订立合同的过程中，却大量存在着与诚信原则相悖的违法事实和行为。因此，为了营造一个真正的、人人讲诚信、人人守诚信的社会氛围，我们应采取相应有效措施，加强对签约环节的监督，加大对欺诈合同的打击力度，完善签约制度，使合同的订立在资格上、形式上、程序上真正纳入到法律的轨道上来。

| Abstract: | In reality,our life cann't leave contract but in the process of signing a contract,there are a host of lawbreaking facts and behaviours contrary to the principle of honesty and credit.Therefore,to build a real social atmosphere everyone is honest and keeps his credit.We should adopt the appropriate effective measures to strengthen suppervision of signing links,redouble the degree of giving a heavy blow on the constract of duplicity and perfect the system of signing a contract to bring it into the legal orbit in qualification,form and procedure. |
