大学生党员党性状况调查与教育培养探析——以江西部分高校为例

通过对上饶师范学院、江西师范大学等高校大学生党员党性状况的调查分析,了解到大学生党员思想政治上坚定,高度认同中国特色社会主义共同理想,宗旨意识、角色意识、组织纪律观念强,道德修养好;但是,部分大学生党员身份意识模糊,对共产主义最高理想缺乏信心,社会主义核心价值观、共产主义道德教育有待深化,中国特色社会主义理论体系教育有待加强,大学生党员党性教育与培养工作的组织领导,工作理念、工作方法、党内组织生活制度化等方面需进一步改进。高校各级党组织应结合大学生党员党性现状实际,从组织领导、教育内容、方法途径等方面加强和改进大学生党员党性教育与培养工作,努力提高大学生党员党性素养,促进大学生党员健康成长。

A Study of University Students’ Party Spirit and the Educational Mode---a case study of some universities in Jiangxi province

Through an investigation and analysis of the party spirit of student party members of Shangrao Normal University ,Jiangxi Normal University and etc .,people can find that student party members at universities are ideologically and politically firm ,have highly identification with the common ideals of Chinese characteristic socialism ,have strong mission consciousness ,role conscious-ness ,and a strong sense of organization and discipline ,and have good moral cultivation .However ,some student party members have a very ambiguous consciousness of the identity ,and have little confidence in the highest ideals of communism .Those students’ socialist core values and moral education of communism have to be deepened;their education of the theoretical system of Chinese characteristic socialism has to be strengthened;the organization and guidance ,work concept ,work method of the education and cul-tivation of university students’ party spirit and the institutionalization of the party organization life have to be improved .The Party or-ganizations of all levels at universities should ,according to the present situation of university student party members’ party spirit , strengthen and improve the education and cultivation of university student party members’ party spirit from the angles of organization and guidance ,educational content and methods ,so as to improve the literacy of university student party members’ party spirit and promote their healthy development .
