| 摘 要： | 采用干法灰化和湿法消化两种处理方法分别对两类灵芝样品进行消解,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定了灵芝样品中的硒(Se)含量,选择了最佳测定条件.结果表明,野生灵芝中的硒含量远远高于种植灵芝.
