浅论高校“工学结合、校企合作”办学模式——以西昌学院办学模式为例

我国高校开始实行＂工学结合、校企合作＂办学模式已有一段时间,随着办学模式的深入,我国的高等职业教育取得了一定的成绩;高校、企业也找到了合作的契合点,学生的实践能力也逐渐得到了社会的认同。但同时,和发达国家高等职业教育的人才培养模式相比,我国的高等职业教育人才培养模式还存在很多不足。如何让高校、学生、企业三方的共同利益得以体现,充分调动三方的动力,成为了现阶段研究的一大课题。

Colleges and universities in our country have began to execute ＂work-study combination,college-enterprise cooperation＂ mode for a period of time,along with the in-depth running mode,our high occupation education obtained certain result;universities,enterprises also found a cooperative conjunction point,The practical ability of students is also gradually identified by the social.But at the same time,compared with the developed countries,our high occupation education training mode still exists many problems.The prolem of how to let common interests of college,students,enterprise to be reflected,and fully mobilize the dynamic of the three parties,has became a major topic of our research.
