非铝加气剂用于加气混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了加气砖生产过程中的一种新型加气剂,以取代铝粉加气剂,试验表明以电石作非铝加气剂代替铝粉加气剂用于加气砖的生产是可行的,既降低了成本,又缓解了铝材供应的紧张局面,具有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new type of blowing agent in the procedure of air entraining brick production which can be substituted for alumium-based blowing agent, Experiments show it is feasible that calcium carbide can be used as non-alumium-based blowing agent to produce air entrainment brick instead of alumium-based blowing agent. This method not only reduces production costs,but also eases up the intense situation of aluminium market which has a comparatively economic benefit.
