| 摘 要： | 只要是同一血亲家族,不论隔房远近,散居异地或改为他姓,都视为同一家族。“兄终弟继”的目的是为了传宗接代,而不是为了财产继承。宋代广源州侬全福与特磨道侬夏卿在唐代同祖于山东青州,本是一家之人。侬智高起兵反宋是不得已的、正义的,并曾得到侬夏卿的很多帮助。

| Abstract: | People having blood relation are regarded as a family,regardless of their close or distant kinship,their living in different places,their change of the family name.The purpose of carrying on"The younger beother succeeds his elder brother after his death"is for having a son to carry on his family name not for inheriting property.Nong Quanfu living in Guangyuanzhou in Song Dynasty had the same ancestor in Qingzhou of Shandong Province with Nong Xiaqing who lived in Temodao in Tang Dynasty.They originally belonged to a family.It was a just and necessary thing that Nong Zhigao rebelled against Northern Song Dynasty.Nong Xiaqing was once much of help to Nong Zhigao. |
