倾斜型电磁聚焦系统的电子光学(英文)

摘    要:本文给出了倾斜型电磁聚焦系统在随动坐标系下的电子运动方程,导出了系统的象差表达式,探讨了表征该系统的鉴别率特性的均方根半径,编制了设计倾斜型电磁聚焦系统的通用程序,计算了电子光学外形尺寸,电子光学传递函数与均方根半径检验并比较了所采用的横向象差表达式的精度。结果表明,利用象差方程计算倾斜型象管的传递函数较通常由运动方程计算落点的传统法节省3/4~5/6的时间并具有足够的精度。

Abstract:Equations for the electron motion referred to a movable coordinate system in an oblique electromagnetic focusing system are given ; the aberration expressions of the system and the root mean square radius characterizing the resolution of system are derived . Based upon the results obtained , a general purpose computer program for designing oblique electromagnetic focusing systems is suggested . Constructional dimensions and electromagnetic parameters of the system , the electron optical transfer function and the root mean square radius are calculated . The result shows that the new method of calculating electron optical transfer function and root mean square radius for oblique image tubes will save about 3/4 - 5/6 of the total time of computation , retaining the same degree of accuracy as compared with the traditional methods .
