实验机液压平衡回路的故障诊断

摘    要:对液压平衡回路实验中出现的液压缸停止上下运动的故障,采取故障树分析法,是加快故障诊断速度,找出问题症结的有效方法。把液压缸不动作这一故障状态作为分析的目标,然后找出导致这一故障的全部因素及下一级因素,一一分析,逐项排除,最终达到解除故障的目的。

Abstract:For the failing to move up and down of the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic balance loop experi- ment, fault tree is an effective analysis method to find out the crucial reason by accelerating the speed of fault diag- nosis. Using the non - action status of hydraulic cylinder as the target, the method decomposes the fault and then figures out the whole factor as well as subordinate ones. By analyzing and ruling out each factor, we finally get the problem solved and create an ideal condition for the hydraulic cylinder.
