摘    要:对鬼箭羽的各主要成分进行了定性研究。采用现代薄层色谱(TLC)技术对鬼箭羽中何帕22(29)-烯-3β-醇、β-谷甾醇、羽扇豆酮、白桦酯醇、齐墩果酸、雷公藤内酯甲进行了色谱鉴别,结果表明,用TCL技术鉴别鬼箭羽,方法的专属性强,重现性好,操作简便,完全可以作为鬼箭羽药材的质量控制标准。

Abstract:To study the effective quality control method of Euonymus alarus(Thunb.)Sieb.,we researched the main components of it in qualitation.The modern technology TLC was used for the identification of Euonymus alarus(Thunb.)Sieb..Six compounds were identified as follows:Hop-(22)-29-en-3β-ol,β-sitosterol,Lupenone,Betulin,Oleanolic acid and Wilforlide A.The results proved that TLC for identification was highly specific with clear pots and high efficiency,which can be used to control the quality of Euonymus alarus(Thunb.)Sieb.effectively.
