| 摘 要： | 随着高校的连年扩招,后勤建设成为影响高校扩招的最大瓶颈,突出表现在学生的吃、住、活动等场所严重缺乏,后勤建设迫在眉睫。影响后勤建设的关键是资金问题。本文通过对BOT融资模式在高校后勤建设中应用的研究,探索一条新型的可行的融资渠道。

| Abstract: | The expansion of universities brings great challenges to the logistics service for they can't provide enough places for students' basic needs. Meanwhile, the low quality of logistics service becomes the biggest obstacle to the universities' expansion, the reason of which is the scarcity of money.The thesis analyses the application of BOT in universities' logistics service in order to find a new feasible fund-raising way. |
