磁场对AMI大鼠血浆及心肌MDA含量的影响

摘    要:目的:本研究探讨磁场对AMI的保护作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为四组即:空白对照组、磁疗对照组,AMI组和AMI磁场治疗组。采用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法,分两天和六天测定各组大鼠血浆和心肌中MDA含量。结果:在第二天测定时,AMI磁疗组与AMI组血浆和心肌的MDA无显著差异(P>0.05),AMI磁疗组和AMI组明显高于空白对照组和磁疗对照组。当第六天测定时,AMI磁场治疗组MDA明显低于AMI组(P<0.01)。结论:磁场能降低血浆及心肌中MDA含量,减少体内氧自由基,对心肌具有保护作用,这也为磁场用于AMI的治疗提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of thisarticle studies that the magnetic field has protective function on AMI.Method:The big rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group 1(G1), the blank contrast;group 2(G2), the megnetic field contrast;group 3 (G3), AMI gruop and group 4(G4) the megnetic field treat.The bigrats were killed and detected for the contents of plasma and myocardium MAD on the two day and the six day.Resnlts:When they were the two dady, the contentsof MDA of G4 were similar to G3(P>0.05). G3 and G4 were obviously higher than G1 and G2. When they were the six day,the contents of MDA of G4 were olwer than those of G3. Conclusion:Megnetic ficld can reduce the contents of MDA and oxygen free radicals in the big rats with AMI.Themegnetic field has the protective effect on experimental AMI myocardium in snimal and provided the experiment base for the use of magnetie field to the treatmentof AMI.
