边疆民族地区新建本科院校发展战略思考——以云南为例

伴随着我国高等教育大众化的进程,2000年以来,云南省先后建立起了一批地方本科院校。截止2010年,云南新建的地方本科院校已达9所,占云南本科高校的41%,从根本上促进了云南高等教育的结构调整。但由于这些新建本科院校基本上是由原来的专科学校通过合并组建或在原基础上新建成本科院校的,大多处于转型时期,在办学上还存在诸多问题。文章就此进行探讨,并在此基础上提出云南新建本科院校实现可持续发展的基本策略。

The Thought on Developmental Strategies of Newly-founded Universities in Frontier Ethnic Group Living Region:Taking Yunnan as a Case Study

With the development of popularization of our nation＇s higher education,a set of regional universities have been founded in Yunnan since 2000.Till 2009,9 regional universities have been founded.They take up 42% of universities in Yunnan,and promote the adjustment of higher education in Yunnan.However,these newly-founded universities basically come from the former colleges through combination.They almost grow up in the change of time,and have some problems in themselves.This paper tries to explore these aspects and then proposes some sustainable strategies in terms of the reality of these newly-founded universities.
