| 摘 要： | 美以特殊关系形成于美苏冷战时期，此后不断加强，“9．11”事件后进一步巩固。促成美以特殊关系的形成从本质上说是由美国的国家利益决定的，也由于以色列在美国全球战略中的重要价值，以及美国犹太人对美国对外政策的影响。

| Abstract: | A special relationship between America and Israel was established in the Us-Soviet cold war period, and it was reinforced later on and has been further consolidated since the ＂9.11＂ event. The establishment of this relationship was not only determined by the national interest of America, but also by Israel＇s significant position in America＇s global strategy and by American Jews＂ influence on America＇s oversea policy. |
