铝/硅橡胶交织复合材料压缩力学行为的研究

摘    要:制备了铝/硅橡胶交织复合材料,并对其进行静态压缩实验,分析了其压缩力学行为及吸能性.铝/硅橡胶交织复合材料的压缩应力 应变曲线呈现双阶段平台的特征,平台区总的长度远大于与复合材料中相同结构参数的泡沫铝压缩曲线上的平台区长度,且压缩曲线没有明显的压实区.在相同的应力峰值下,铝/硅橡胶交织复合材料的压缩吸能性和吸能效率均高于参数相同的泡沫铝,因而可作为性能优异的吸能材料.

Abstract:A kind of phase interpenetrating composite with aluminum-silicate rubber is fabricated, and its compression behavior and energy absorbability are investigated through static compressive experiment. Its compressive stress-strain curves are characterized as a double-step plat form with much greater extent than that on the compressive stress-strain curves of the aluminum foam with the same microstructure as that of the aluminum phase in the composite. There is no distinct densification region to be found on the compressive stress-strain curves of these materials. For an identical peak stress, the interpenetrating composites with aluminum-silicate rubber silicate rubber exhibits a higher energy absorbability and efficiency than the aluminum foams with the same structure and parameters as those of the aluminum phase in the composites under compression, so that it is a kind of energy absorbing material with excellent performance.
