专业实验室建设的思考——基于“卓越工程师教育培养计划”

“卓越工程师教育培养计划”对促进高等教育面向社会需求培养人才,全面提高工程教育人才培养质量具有示范和引领作用.对现有的理工科专业实验室进行“卓越计划”下的配套改造与建设十分重要.结合韶关学院近几年的“应用型人才”培养中专业实验室的建设情况,梳理了专业实验室建设的思路,提出了在引进先进的建设理念、先进的生产与应用技术、先进的设备及大量使用模拟实训软件建设实验室,同时还要充分利用各方资源,做好校企合作,打破固有模式,将专业实验室建到校外去.

On the construction of professional laboratory based on the program of Cultivating Excellent Engineers

The program of Cultivating Excellent Engineers serves as a role model and guidance for promoting socially needed talents on the high educational level and comprehensively improving the qualities of engineering talents. It is important to rebuild the existing scientific and engineering professional laboratories＇ equipment. Based on the recent years of cultivating applied-type talents with the help of rebuilding the relevant professional laboratories of Shaoguan University, the paper put forward the road map of the rebuilding and its advancing construction ideals, production and applying methods, equipment and model real-training software, at the same time fully taking advantage of all resources by cooperating with companies building the professional laboratories off-campus which challenged the traditional model.
