| 摘 要： | 科技期刊开发的社会需求很大,应该善用版权法去加快科技期刊的开发利用,活用版权保护法去强化科技期刊的开发利用.但在数据库版权保护中,我国的版权法仍有不足,还必须进一步完善相关立法以促进科技期刊的开发利用.

| Abstract: | There is a great social demand for the development of sci-tech periodicals. We should make good use of copyright laws to quicken the development？and the utilization of sci-tech periodicals, and also make flexible use of copyright laws to enhance the development and the utilization of sci-tech periodicals. But there are still shortcomings in the copyright law of our country for database copyright protection. We should make further efforts to improve the relative legislation in order to promote the development and the utilization of sci- tech periodicals. |
