| 摘 要： | 风险观念视野下的科技观立足于对“技术公害”等现实问题的反思,揭示了科学技术与社会发展的复杂矛盾。这对于我们超越传统科技观,富于启发意义。但这种科技观的后现代主义消极立场,决定了其诸多的局限性。本文意在表明,我们应当把化解风险危机作为现代化发展的动力,作为新型科学技术发展的契机,切实实现科学技术与社会的协调发展。

| Abstract: | The view of science&technology,based on the reflexion of the social effects of technique,delineated the complicated contraditions between science&technology and society.It may enlighten us to surmount the traditional view of science&technology.But its negative postmodernism standpoint had decided many limitations.The author thinks that we should regard the turning risk into safty as the power of modernization,as the turning point of developing new science&technology.So the harmonious development of science&technology and society may come true. |
