摘    要:结合工程训练的建设,文章从师资队伍建设、教材编写、教学方法和教学手段的改进、职业技能资格等级鉴定的引入和开放实验室的建设等方面进行了阐述,提出创新能力与广泛学习、注重实践密切相关,同时先进的教学方法、教学手段又是保证创新意识、创新能力实现的桥梁。对于探索工程训练中实践能力与创新精神的培养,及在高等教育中推进素质教育和培养应用型创新人才具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In perspective of construction of engineering training,this paper expounds on the following aspects:teachers,textbooks,teaching methods,professional qualification certificate system and open laboratory etc.It also proposes that innovation abilities is closely related to extensive study and practice,while at the same time,advanced teaching methods key to innovation.It is important not only to exploit the cultivation of practical capacity and innovative spirit,but to improve all-around development and cultivation creative talents in the higher education.
