民办高职院校学生管理工作的现状及对策研究

针对目前我国民办高职院校的学生特点和学生管理工作现状进行了分析和阐述,提出应通过优化专业设置和提高教学质量、建设高素质的学生管理工作队伍以及推进学生管理工作模式的改革等措施,进一步提高民办高职院校的学生管理工作水平和人才培养质量。

Study of current situation and the countermeasure of the management of private higher vocational college students

This paper analyzes the student characteristics and current situation of student management in private higher vocational college, and advises to optimize speciality structure and improve the quality of teaching, build a high-quality student management team and reform the model of student management in order to further enhance the level of student management and the quality of the cultivating of private higher vocational college.
