| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会,除了注重物质生活提高外,还特别注意人们的精神生活、所享受的民主权利,以及生活环境的改善等方面。随着我国社会经济的不断发展,社会生活的闲暇时间将不断增加,而体育活动在人们的休闲活动中占有重要地位。休闲体育一方面符合人的自然本性,另一方面,又能够满足人的多种社会需求,因而会成为小康社会人们生活中不可缺少的活动。

| Abstract: | A well-off society in an all-round way aims to improve people's living conditions,at the same time it pays attention to people's spirits and democracy rights.With the continuous development of our economy,people have more and more leisure time.Sports play an important role in our spare time.Leisure sports conform to the nature of human being and meet our needs in many aspects.It can be concluded that leisure sports are indispensable for our life in the well-off society in an all-round way. |
