摘    要:为了寻求混输管线气量瞬变过程压力、压差的变化规律,在长378m、内径80mm的水平不锈钢试验环道上利用空气和水进行了段塞流气量瞬变试验。采用压力变送器测量压力信号,将相邻两压力信号相减(上游减下游)得到压差信号,分析了气量瞬变过程中压力、压差的变化规律,从概率密度分布和功率谱密度两方面对压力、压差信号进行了统计分析。结果表明,气量增加或减小过程中会出现压力过增或过降现象;气量增加与减小过程中的压力信号的概率密度分布不同,压差信号的概率密度分布也不同。提出了更加完善的压力过增或过降值的定量描述方程。

Abstract:The experiments on the characteristics of gas flowrate transient within slug flow regime were carried out using a horizontal pipeline of 378 m in length and 80 mm in diameter, taking air-water mixture as media. The differential pressure signal was achieved using the difference between up-stream pressure signal and down-stream pressure signal. The trends and statistical characteristics of pressure and differential pressure during the gas flowrate transient were analyzed using probability density distribution and power spectral density function. The results show that when gas flowrate increases or decreases quickly, there will appear the phenomena of pressure overshoot or pressure undershoot. Probability density distributions of pressure and differential pressure during the gas flowrate transient increasing are different from those during the gas flowrate transient decreasing respectively. The perfect formulas for calculations of pressure overshoot and pressure undershoot were proposed.
