超声--间隙脉冲放电复合加工机床模糊自适应控制系统的研究

摘    要:研究了一套超声--间隙脉冲放电复合加工机床伺服机构的模糊自适应控制系统.重点研究应用模糊自适应控制方法控制步进电机伺服机构,实现快速运行和精确定位两种控制要求.根据位置误差的大小对步进电机采用两种控制规律进行控制.使加工更高效.对此还作了计算机仿真.

Abstract:The numerical control system of the complex electro discharge machining by ultrasonic gap is studied and the fuzzy control method of servomechanism of stepping motor is mainly researched.This method can control a servomechanism to run under two modes:running quickly or running slowly to position.According to the error of position,the stepping motor is controlled by two kinds of control principles.So the machining is more efficient.And then an emulation by computer is done.
