| 摘 要： | 当今新生代群体具有思想比较活跃、主体意识增强和多重矛盾性的特点。针对这种特点,高校的学生管理工作应使用柔性管理的模式。可以从确立以人为本的管理理念、促进学生的自我管理、建立合理适度的规章制度、理解并尊重学生的个性特点、培养优良的校园文化五个方面实行有效的柔性管理。 |
