| 摘 要： | 通过探讨科学计算毛入学率的方法,阐述了我国高等教育毛入学率提高的意义,分析了高等教育规模现状,从而对我国高等教育进入大众化阶段的教育质量观和发展方向进行了研究,提出设计多样化的质量评价指标体系、高校科学定位和优化结构等观点。

| Abstract: | Through the discussion of ways to scientifically count the gross enrolment rate, states the meaning of the fact that the gross enrolment of higher education has risen in China.Analyzes the status quo of Chinese higher education,sequentially studies the education quality viewpoint and development trend after Chinese higher education entered the stage of popularization,sets forth that varied quality evaluation target system,scientific orientation and configuration optimization should be built or done. |
