无刷直流电动机系统故障检测方法的仿真研究

摘    要:首先建立了无刷直流电动机系统正常运行时的系统模型。在此模型的基础上,针对系统中功率开关管开路、绕组开路和绕组匝间短路三种故障分别建立了故障运行时的系统模型。通过对系统正常运行和上述各种故障运行的仿真研究,确定了能够识别故障的特征波形。根据仿真结果提出了基于模型监控的故障在线检测方法,即通过正常运行时系统模型的输出值与系统实际输出值之间的偏差来检测系统的故障。

Abstract:A model of normal brushless DC motor system was built first. The model was modified to accommodate three faulty models, which were open-switch fault model, open-winding fault model and stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault model. Comparing performance waveforms under faulty operation to those under normal conditions would yield characteristic waveforms to diagnose the fault. Based on these simulation results, a model-monitoring on-line fault detection method was proposed, which used the difference between predicted outputs from normal system model and actual measured outputs to detect faults.
