跨国并购中的文化整合研究

摘    要:近年来,跨国并购作为国际直接投资的重要方式,受到了各国企业的青睐,可谓是风起云涌。然而,大规模并购中却不乏失败之例。文化差异是造成跨国并购失败的主要原因之一。本文从跨文化的角度探讨了企业并购后所面临的种种文化问题,分析了文化冲突产生的原因,并提出了跨国并购文化整合的若干具体措施。

The Culture of Simplying Analyse Transnational Merger Is Combined
Abstract:In recent years, transnational merger is favored by the enterprises of various countries as the important way of the international direct investment, may be surge forward. However, an example not lacked and failed while merging on a large scale. Cultural difference the main reason that cause transnational merger to fail. All sorts of cultural problems faced after this text has probed into enterprises and merged from the cress-cuhural angle, have analyse the reason why the cultural conflict produces, has put forward several concrete measures that transnational merger culture combines.
