摘    要:文章介绍了空间管件的图纸数据信息和加工数据信息,详细分析了空间管件的图纸数据向加工数据的转换算法,并简要讨论利用可视化编程软件VC++6.0开发STAR-03W弯管机数控系统软件的过程,使数控系统自动完成空间管件的图纸数据信息向加工数据信息转化,实现空间管件的全自动弯制。

Abstract:The definitions of drawing data information and machining data information of the three-D pipe are introduced,and the computation method with which the three-D pipe's drawing data information can be translated into machining data information is described in detail. The calculation results which are obtained based on the presented computation method by using VC++6.0 are shown. Based on the result of this study,the numerical control system can realize the automatic translation of three-D pipe's drawing data information into machining data information,and the automatic bending of three-D pipes can be achieved.
