摘    要:针对同时支持实时与非实时业务的多业务移动通信系统,提出了改进的预留信道和抢占优先相结合的切换策略,分析了非实时业务平均传输延迟、实时业务阻塞率、实时业务强制中断概率等系统性能.仿真结果表明,该策略在非实时业务的服务质量受到较小影响的情况下,通过自适应调整所采用的优先权,使实时业务强制中断概率明显减小,为移动用户提供了更好的服务质量.

Abstract:This paper proposed an improved handoff strategy with combination of channel reservation and preemptive priority for integrated real-time and non real-time service cellular mobile systems. Average transmission delay of non real-time serveice, blocking probability of real-time service and forced termination probability of real-time service performances were analyzed. The simulation results show that the forced termination probability of real-time service is significanlty reduced with the strategy without sacrificing non real-time service QoS much. This strategy improves the channel utilization and provides better QoS for mobile users by adjusting the priority adaptively.
