| 摘 要： | 全球化与法律全球化构成了研究中国法学教育转型的时代背景和重要的参照系。这在理论上要求我们自觉地运用全球视野和全球思维来审视中国的法学教育问题,敏感地意识到全球化客观上要求中国法学教育在理念、内容、模式上的转型,深刻地分析法律全球化为讨论中国法学教育转型所可能开放出的诸多问题域和思维视角。

| Abstract: | Globalization and legal globalization are the background and reference for the transformation of China＇s legal education.In theory,we shall spontaneously use global perspective and concept to examine the legal education,realize the need to transform the concept,content and mode in legal education,and understand the issues and new perspective brought about by legal globalization. |
