摘    要:临床上各种常见膈肌功能不全的发生与膈肌的废用性萎缩有关,继而会出现呼吸困难甚至呼吸衰竭。为了在一定程度上预防膈肌萎缩,提出经颈内静脉途径电刺激膈神经的临时膈肌刺激方案,对该方案的参数计算方法进行了研究,给出了方案的硬件及软件设计。将21只家兔随机分为三组,病理结果表明与正常对照组相比较,脊髓离断控制通气组家兔的膈肌纤维存在明显萎缩,而电刺激膈神经组家兔膈肌纤维只有部分萎缩,证明该方案是一种有效的预防膈肌萎缩保护膈肌功能的方法,具有一定的临床意义。

Abstract:A variety of common clinical diaphragmatic dysfunction is associated with disuse diaphragmatic atrophy which then will cause difficulty in breathing and even respiratory failure. In order to prevent diaphragmatic atrophy to a certain extent, we propose the programme of temporary transvenous phrenic nerve electrical stimulation, conduct a study on calculation method of parameters and give the hardware and software design scheme. Twenty-one rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, The pathological results show that compared with the normal control group, the diaphragm fibers obviously atrophy in rabbits with spinal cord transaction and control ventilation, but only partial atrophy in rabbits with electricity stimulation of phrenic nerve, which proves that this scheme is an effective method for preventing diaphragmatic atrophy and protecting diaphragmatic function, and has certain clinical significance.
