北冬虫夏草液体深层发酵最适营养的研究

摘    要:通过摇瓶单因子和正交设计试验结果。液体培养的最佳营养条件为:葡萄糖2%,食用糖1%,酵母膏1%,蛋白胨1%,NH4Cl0.2%,MgSO4.7H2O0.05%,KCl10.1%,100立升发酵罐结果,碳,氮源分别为食用糖3%,蛋白胨1.5%。

Abstract:We take the petal of cymbidium, stem tip of chrysanthemum, Rosachintnsis, Leaflet of platycodon grandiflorum, primula obconica, petunia hybrida, root of panax ginsting, anther of oryzasatina, and embryo of Pimus Roraicnsis as material, and then inoculate them respectively with culture medium (See the Table 1,2). The explants for the first time and through the successive and differentiation culture, the protocorm from cymbidium were regenerated plantlets; the chrysanthemum and Rosachintnsis induced into thickly buds. Finally they differentiated into plantlet; the platycodon grandifcorum, primula obconica and petunia hybrida were induced into calli. They differentiated adventitous bud (ro embryoid), and then formed regenerated plantlets. The oryzasatiza were induced into calli. They differentiated into embryoids. Finally they formed regenerated plantlets.
