| 摘 要： | 对血糖浓度进行紧密控制能减少或减轻糖尿病病人的长期并发症,糖尿病病人在诊疗期间经常要进行血糖浓度化验,频繁进行的抽血给病人带来了痛苦和不便,也给医护人员增添了工作.为了改变这一局面,近年来国内外正在积极研究血糖浓度的无创性检测方法.本文对多种葡萄糖无创检测方法(如傅立叶变换红外光谱法,组织的力学操作,脉冲光声技术等)进行了研究和总结.

| Abstract: | Fight control of blood glucose concentration can reduce perennial syndrome of diabetes. So diabetics should be assayed of their concentration of blood glucose frequently during the period of diagnosis and treatment, which brings great pains and discommodities to patients and doctors. In order to solve the problem, countries around the world are doing research on noninvasive blood glucose detection enthusiastically. This paper will probe into and summarize kinds of noninvasive detection methods for blood glucose, such as Fourier transform-near infrared spectrum, mechanical manipulation of tissue, pulse optoacoustic technology etc. |
