食品工程原理实验教学改革与实践

摘    要:为了提高食品工程原理实验教学的质量,结合我校食品工程原理实验教学改革与实践,围绕如何培养学生的综合能力及创新精神.从实验教学内容与教学方法以及实验教学平台建设等方面阐述了实验教学改革的举措。通过实验教学的改革与实践,提高了食品工程原理的教学质量。
