超声波处理抱茎獐牙菜种子萌发试验研究

摘    要:为促进抱茎獐牙菜种子萌发。采用超声波、超声波和赤霉素相结合处理种子,研究其对抱茎獐牙菜种子萌发能力的影响。结果表明:超声波处理20~50 min,对种子的萌发均有促进作用,其中以超声波处理35 min效果较好,种子的发芽势和发芽率比对照相对提高59.3%和17.8%,处理种子比对照提前2~3 d发芽;超声波和赤霉素共同作用种子,产生了相长的效果,其中以超声波作用35 min、赤霉素浓度1 200 mg/kg、浸种18 h效果较好,种子的发芽势和发芽率比对照相对提高54.5%和16.5%。超声波、超声波和赤霉素相结合处理能够明显促进抱茎獐牙菜种子萌发。

Abstract:In order to promote Swertia franchetiana seeds germination,their seeds were treated by ultrasonic waves,ultrasonic waves combined with gibberellins,the germination of these treated seeds were studied.The results showed that their germination could be promoted obviously when using ultrasonic waves treating for 20~50 minutes,especially for treating in 35 minutes.Under this treatment the seeds germination energy and germination rate exceeded check by 59.3% and 17.8% respectively and germination period was earl...
