摘    要:探讨了一种以蜗壳中的水力损失和泥沙磨损特征值为双目标函数,以沿蜗壳周向断面的速度矩分布规律为优化变量的水轮机蜗壳的设计方法.实际编程设计证明,设计出的蜗壳可降低水力损失,减轻泥沙磨损.

Abstract:Taking hydraulic loss and characteristic values of silt erosion as two objective functions and distribution pattern of velocity moment in circumferential section of the volute as design variables, a optimum design method for the volute of hydraulic turbine operated in silt laden water flow is discussed. It is proved by means of programming and designing that hydraulic losses and silt erosion in the volute designed could be decreased.
