摘    要:在卧龙五一棚大熊猫生态观察站设点进行冷箭竹生态生物学研究.定时观测外界因子(光量值、气温和各层次地温)对冷箭竹叶、茎、根、鞭和笋等器官生长发育的影响.对观测数据的统计分析表明:(1)气温对叶温关系密切,影响显著.根据气温利用回归方程可以推算叶温;(2)茎温与气温和0 cm,20 cm,40 cm 土层的地温密切相关,影响显著.根据气温和地温可以利用回归方程推算茎温.

Abstract:Bashania fanqiana is the major bamboo species eaten by giant pandas.An ecological ob- servation station for giant pandas was set up at Wuyipeng in Wolong in 1984 to research bioecology of Basha- nia fanqiana by observing the external factors at fixed time:light levels,atmospheric temperature,the influ- ence of different gradations of ground temperatures on the growth and development of Bashania fanqiana s' leaf,stem,root,and rhizome.Statistical data analysis shows:1)the atmospheric temperature has a close rela- tionship with leaf temperature,and influences it greatly,which we can use regression equation to calculate;2) there is a close relationship and great influence among the stem atmospheric and 0,20,40 cm depth ground temperatures.We can use regression equation to calculate the stem temperature by the atmospheric and ground temperature.
