| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the methods for providing the reference and consultancy service under the network condition, which include revealing and searching the holdings with the network techniques, providing the consuhancy service on Internet, and providing the navigating service on Internet, etc., and expounds the requirements of the network condition for the quality of the consultants. |
