CdTe:Fe2+中远红外光谱的动态阳-泰勒效应

摘    要:用一个基于线性阳泰勒效应的理论计算来处理Fe2 离子在CdTe中的远红外光谱;;并且考虑了来自配体Te的自旋轨道耦合对远红外光谱的贡献.计算结果不仅与远红外光谱的实验符合;;还与中子散射数据符合.最近研究中发现的CdTe:Fe2 中配体Te自旋轨道耦合的重要贡献在此得到证实.

Abstract:Theoretical calculations based on a liner Jahn-Teller effect are performed for the far-infrared spectra of Fe 2 ions in CdTe. The contributions of the spin-orbit coupling of ligand Te are taken into account. The results are in good agreement with the experimental observations for the far-infrared optical spectra as well as the neutron-scattering data. The important contribution of the spin-orbit coupling of ligand Te in CdTe:Fe 2 found in recent works is confirmed.
